Dafora starts the activity at 4341 Mamu ST well on the base on Framework Agreement signed with OMV Petrom in November 2016.
The well is planned to be drilled at a depth of 4354 meters. The rig fulfills the API standards offered by American Petroleum Institute, the biggest trade association representing all facets of the oil and natural gas industry.
The contract validity period is four years with the possibility of extension for one year. DAFORA will provide onshore drilling services for OMV Petrom all over Romania. The first subsequent contract is also for 4343 Mamu and 5022 Turburea Bibesti ST wells.
